Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and professional Hotel/ Motel Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team at Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel on a full time basis.
The moment a guest steps into our hotel you will make them feel at home with your welcoming and warm presence. You have the important job of guiding guests through their stay, from smooth check-ins and check-outs to insights on the local attractions and eateries, you will be remembered for your superb customer service and positive energy.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming and checking in guests
- Communicating professionally
- Making bookings
- Assisting guests during their stay
Expected hours: 38 hours per week
Location: 31 - 33 Woods Street, Darwin NT 0800
Annual salary range: $53,900 (excluding superannuation)
Approved sponsor: Oaks Hotels & Resorts Suites
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months experience in a Hotel front office position
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer facing position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
- The ability to successfully provide a high level of customer satisfaction
- Professional presentation essential
- Available to work on a rotating roster, including on weekends and public holidays
